Processing & Shipping

Most of our products are made to order specifically for you. Processing usually takes 5–7 days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier, and while we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur during busy seasons or due to unforeseen events.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping costs will apply in such cases.

Methods & Costs

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options, with costs shown at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders but must be selected during checkout.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details (please allow up to 2 business days for activation).

International Orders

All US duties and tariffs are included in the final price. International customers may be responsible for local duties or taxes. Refused or abandoned packages will incur return costs.

Delays & Lost Packages

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery, but cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Claims for lost packages require official confirmation from the shipping carrier.
