Return and refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Changed your mind? Just make sure it’s eligible for return, then send it back within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help with a refund or exchange. To help us make it a faster turnaround for you, include a note with the following:

• The Graphicine order number
• Your email address
• A list of what you’re sending back and why
• Whether you want store credit, refund or a replacement/exchange
• If you’d rather print out a form, here it is in Word and PDF formats.

Return shipping is payable by the customer so the choice of carrier/shipping method is at your discretion however we would always encourage you to choose a tracked option.

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive your requested exchange or a full refund/store credit, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

* Refunds of sale/discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent) except for orders made with a “welcome” 10% discount code

It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once your return is received. Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.

ORDER CANCELATION

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours since production starts right away. We kindly ask you to review our size chart and store policies before checkout.
