Changed your mind? Just make sure it’s eligible for return, then send it back within 14 days and we’ll help with a refund or exchange. To help us make it a faster turnaround for you, include a note with the following:
• The Graphicine order number • Your email address • A list of what you’re sending back and why • Whether you want store credit, refund or a replacement/exchange • If you’d rather print out a form, here it is in Word and PDF formats.
Return shipping is payable by the customer so the choice of carrier/shipping method is at your discretion however we would always encourage you to choose a tracked option.
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive your requested exchange or a full refund/store credit, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
