We carefully craft each order, and since our items are made to order, processing takes 5 to 7 working days before shipment. This timeframe is shown at checkout and under the "Shipping" tab on the product page. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. How do I cancel/ change my order?

We’re unable to cancel or edit orders more than 12 hours after they’ve been placed and paid for. Our warehouse uses an automated system to ensure fast and accurate shipping, which means orders move into processing quickly. Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. For this reason, changes or cancellations after the 12-hour window aren’t possible.If you need a different size or prefer a different item once your order arrives, you can still use our Returns & Exchanges Center to request an exchange or return. To avoid any issues, we kindly recommend double-checking our size chart and store policies before completing your checkout.

What if I need to change my address?

If your order has not shipped yet and you have not received a tracking number, we can still update your address. Please contact us immediately.

If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address. In this case, you will need to wait for the package to be returned to us by the carrier.Once the package is returned, we can resend it to your correct address. Please note that the cost of reshipping must be covered by the recipient, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Do I have to pay additional fees, customs duties, or taxes?

All customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us for every country we ship to when you choose standard shipping.

Please note that we do not cover customs duties or taxes for orders shipped with express shipping. Any fees incurred with express shipping will be the responsibility of the recipient.

I got a different, damaged or defective item. What to do?

If this happens, please contact our customer service a shop@graphicine.com . We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. If you received the wrong item, we also need a photo of the product.
