E-Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.
Gift cards are valued in EUR. If you buy a gift card in another currency, the value might change depending on the exchange rate.
The colours and material of the threads are durable enough to be washed with detergent. Unfortunately, washing in a washing machine poses other risks, such as the embroidery threads can get caught on a zipper or button on the jacket or garment they are placed on and can stretch or tear. Therefore, we recommend washing by hand.
Our products are made to order, requiring 5–7 days for crafting before shipment.
All products are handmade and shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria (EU).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
