COVID-19 Update: Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential delivery carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. All our orders are dispatched from the Bulgaria with A1post /tracked international priority mail/ who are determined to try and keep postal services as normal as possible however, international orders may experience disruption once they are passed onto carriers in local countries depending on their restrictions. We are still operating a usual service with orders being dispatched within the given times, however your order could experience delays in transit.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 working days with an additional day for personalised products.

Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping fee’s are added at the end of your checkout process.
If your order seems to be delayed and exceeds the time estimations above only then contact us at: [email protected]. In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to replace it, once a sufficient amount of time has passed to rule out any delays.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Please be aware it is the responsibility of the customer to cover customs and import duties charges on packages (particularly those of a greater value).
Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address
It is extremely important the correct full address is submitted on your order, if that information happens to be incorrect you must contact us immediately before the order is dispatched as after this we are unable to make any changes. We are unable to refund or replace your order if it gets lost, however all our parcels include a returns address so if the order is eventually returned to us at that point we can either issue you with a refund (minus the postage) or you can repurchase postage for us to post your order again with an updated address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are applied on a case by case basis.

• We offer refunds if I accidentally ship you the wrong item (but would greatly prefer to just send you the correct item).
•YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM. Please, please do not just send the item back then request a refund.
• We cannot offer refunds for damaged, used, or opened products.
The cost of returning the item is the buyers responsibility.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
