Returns & exchanges
Buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are applied on a case by case basis.
• We offer FULL refunds if your item(s) have not yet shipped!
• We offer refunds if I accidentally ship you the wrong item (but would greatly prefer to just send you the correct item).
•YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM. Please, please do not just send the item back then request a refund.
• We cannot offer refunds for damaged, used, or opened products.
The cost of returning the item is the buyers responsibility.
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Refunds on purchased items are provided if:
• All products have been successfully returned to the Shop.
• Request for cancellation have been placed before the item was shipped
• Proof of damage during shipping is provided to the Shop.
• USPS has declared in writing that the shipment has been “LOST” (must provide proof to the Shop)
