Shipping

All of our items ship from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, European Union, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. We no longer ship to Russia, South America, Central America, the Middle East (except Israel), and the Far East (except Japan) due to the large number of lost packages in these regions.

The posting is made by A1post tracked international priority mail from Bulgaria, so you will receive a tracking number by which you can follow the route of your item. It usually takes from 5 to 10 business days to reach the destination. We can offer a fast shipping with DHL Express but you have to choose this option on the Checkout page. DHL Express takes from 3 to 5 business days.

Our shipping rates come directly from the shipping companies used depending on what part of the world you are ordering from. We do not add any handling fees. The live shipping and international rates fluctuate and we do not control how they are adjusted. All sales tax is determined on which Country your order is being shipped too. We’ ll send your order worldwide by Airmail.

Patches will ship in either a brown bubble-lined envelope or a white rigid envelope (depending on order size) and include a free tracking number with your order.

Tracking information will be sent to the contact information you provide us. This will be sent via email/sms when your order has been fulfilled. Simply enter the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email you’ve received into the input field on this page and get real-time tracking information on your shipment.

Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and are calculated based on weight, shipping method and destination.

If you have incorrectly formatted or entered your address, please contact customer support info@graphicine.com immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. Revolt is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.

If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address the goods will be returned to us. Please contact us if this occurs and we will organize a reshipment to an updated shipping address.

PAYMENT

We are using the most secure online payment gateways PayPal and Stripe. You will be able to pay the order with most other major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, by using the form on our website. All card payments are made using Stripe and you will not be obligated to create a Paypal account in order to pay with credit card.

Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. The payment provider we work with, Stripe, is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.

All payments are processed in EUR, although we may have a currency toggle available for your convenience. The currency displayed within the checkout process will be in EUR, unless otherwise specified.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you ordered the incorrect size please immediately contact customer support with your order number and detail what was ordered in the incorrect size and we will remove them from your order. If you realize you ordered the incorrect size upon delivery, please email support to request a return and do NOT open your goods.

Yes you can, provided you notify us before your order is fulfilled. Please contact customer support immediately with all of your order numbers and we will merge them for you, after which you will then be refunded the extra shipping costs you had paid—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

You can’t make changes, but you can cancel an order provided you notify us immediately after you place your order. Please contact customer support with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll process your cancellation and issue a refund to your original form of payment. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

If you are unhappy with the received patches, you can return them and we will refund you their full price. Products must be returned within 20 days of receipt. Patches must be returned in original condition with good packaging and packed safely. We will not refund any patches that have already been ironed on or sewn onto a garment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When we get the patches back we will issue a full refund.

The refund is not acceptable in the following cases:

1. Unclaimed package. It is your obligation to claim the package at your local post office. In case the patches are returned to us, we can offer to resend the item after you pay expenses for repeated shipping.

2. Broken or damaged products (by customer fault).

3. For Custom Patches. Unfortunately, patches created especially for you are not suitable for others. We hope for your understanding.

We’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

We make every effort to inspect every patch before it is mailed, but sometimes a dropped stitch or a small blemish will make it past. If this happens, we will replace the item at no charge.

PATCHES

Not for now, but in the near future.

Yes! All of our patches come ready to iron on to virtually any garment. Each patch has a thin polymer backing that when heated and then cooled will permanently stick to any item it is attached to. The backing is thin enough that if you want to sew on the patches, you won’t even notice it. We include detailed iron-on instructions with every order. Please do not attempt to iron patches onto leather, satin, nylon, rayon, or any tri-acetate fabric that will fail at 400 degrees.

No, we don’t make custom patches.
